The project faced several challenges, primarily centered around the high maintenance cost of manual test cases. We addressed this challenge by designing and implementing an automated testing solution that significantly reduced the effort required for maintaining test cases. Additionally, we aimed to overcome issues such as delayed testing, long release cycles, and poor user experience through the implementation of the automated testing solution.

Reduction in Testing Time: The implementation of the automated testing solution resulted in a significant reduction in testing time. For instance, if the manual testing process took 100 hours, the automated testing solution reduced the testing time by up to 70%, resulting in only 30 hours of testing time.
Improvement in Defect Detection: The automated testing solution improved the rate of defect detection, leading to higher application quality. For example, if the manual testing process detected 80% of defects, the automated testing solution increased the detection rate to 95%, resulting in a 15% improvement in the quality of the application.
