A Swiss insurer preparing for S/4HANA had a UFT regression base that had reached its limits — hard to maintain, hard to scale, and disconnected from the SAP tooling the transformation would run on.
Scope
Migration by rebuild, not by conversion.
- Roughly 110 regression test cases migrated to Tricentis Tosca Cloud
- Rebuilt as reusable, model-based modules rather than converted script by script
- Traceability from every migrated case back to its UFT original
- Batch-by-batch validation: smoke test and peer review before the next batch started
