05 — Manual & Specialist Testing
Not everything should be automated.
Exploratory testing, accessibility, data integrity and cutover rehearsals find the defects automation is structurally blind to.
The problem
Why customers call us.
Automation checks what you already thought of. It does not notice that the new screen is unusable, that the migrated data is subtly wrong, or that the cutover plan has a gap at hour eleven.

How we start
Three steps.
01
We agree the risk areas — where would a defect actually hurt
02
Charters, scope and acceptance criteria
03
Execution with findings you can act on, not a spreadsheet of observations
From our work
An example.
For a German defence and industrial group we build performance and load tests around the same critical SAP processes that are covered functionally — one process model, two kinds of evidence.
Read the engagementQuestions we get asked
Straight answers.
Is accessibility testing mandatory for us?
If you sell to consumers in the EU, the European Accessibility Act applies since June 2025. We check where you stand and what has to change.
Why performance testing from the same supplier?
Because functional and performance findings on the same process belong in the same conversation. Split across two suppliers, they usually are not.
Do you supply testers by the day?
We take scope and responsibility. If you need pure capacity, our managed testing team is the right shape, not this one.
