Hand over testing, keep the steering.

An integrated team with clear ownership: planning, execution, defect management and continuous improvement — with senior direction from Vienna and capacity in Hungary and Türkiye. As a Tricentis partner in Austria, we staff managed testing teams with certified Tosca and qTest engineers — led from Vienna, delivered from Hungary and Türkiye.

Why customers call us.

Hiring testers takes months. Body-leasing gives you people without responsibility. Offshore gives you a rate and a time zone. None of them gives you somebody who is accountable for whether quality improves.

Test outsourcing with a named lead, not staff leasing.

  • Delivery and quality responsibility for an agreed scope
  • Team composition, onboarding and continuity
  • Test planning, execution, automation and reporting
  • Defect management and coordination with your development teams
  • Continuous improvement — coverage, cycle time, maintenance cost
  • Governance: named lead, agreed cadence, escalation path

Deliverables.

  • Team with named roles
  • Service description and scope
  • Reporting cadence
  • Quality and coverage targets
  • Continuity commitment
  • Exit and handover plan from day one

What we work with.

  • Your tool stack, whatever it is
  • Tricentis Tosca · qTest · NeoLoad
  • SAP GUI · Fiori · interfaces
  • Playwright · Selenium · API automation

Three steps.

  1. Scope, volumes and what “better” would mean in numbers

  2. Team proposal with named people, not profiles

  3. Ramp-up with an overlap phase, then steady state

An example.

All three of our locations are ISO 27001 certified under the same scope — the security standard does not change when the work moves nearshore.

Straight answers.

Is this staff leasing?

No. We take scope and quality responsibility, and we name a lead who answers for it. If you want capacity by the hour, we are the wrong shape.

Where do the people sit?

Senior direction from Vienna, delivery capacity in Hungary and Türkiye, on-site where the engagement needs it. Access rights and data locations are agreed per engagement.

What if we want to take it back in-house?

Then the handover plan we wrote at the start applies. We would rather leave a team that can run it than keep one that cannot.
