Dolpheen

Operationalising quality in SAP's agent-led toolchain.

SAP's agent-led toolchain connects process design, transformation governance, data, adoption and quality. Dolpheen designs and operationalises its quality layer — connecting SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing by Tricentis with your business processes.

Quality flow · end to end

process → test → evidence → decision

  1. 01adjacent

    SAP Signavio

Process models and documentation arrive from process design. We consume them, we do not own them.

  2. 02our layer

    SAP Cloud ALM

Requirements, changes and releases. We connect test scope and traceability to it.

  3. 03our layer

    SAP ECT by Tricentis

Test creation, module base, execution and self-healing — the layer we design, build and operate.

  4. 04our layer

    SAP Cloud ALM

Results, evidence and release readiness flow back for the go/no-go decision.

Where we take responsibility — and where we do not.

  • Process-to-test planning: which processes get covered, at which depth
  • Module base, test data and expected results
  • Test creation and review gates, including for generated tests
  • Execution, distributed environments and CI/CD integration
  • Traceability from process to result in SAP Cloud ALM
  • Release readiness statements and reporting

Where we do not

Process modelling, architecture management, data migration tooling and adoption belong to SAP and to your integrator. We own the quality layer.

  • We do not provide product support under your licence agreement — that stays with the vendor.

What it does, and what it does not do.

  • Drafts test cases from documented processes faster than a person can write them
  • Reuses an existing module base, when that base is curated
  • Repairs stable, well-structured steps after a UI change through self-healing

What it does not do

  • Decide whether a test covers the business risk that matters
  • Repair a module base or test data that is not in order
  • Remove the need for review — expected results and a human gate stay with your team

Five conditions, without which it does not work.

  1. Process documentation — models or descriptions current enough to generate from

  2. Module base — curated, named and structured, not a recording archive

  3. Test data — available, consistent across environments and refresh-proof

  4. Expected results — someone has to define what “correct” means per process

  5. Review capacity — generated tests need a human gate before they enter the suite

Brought in, not selected late.

We work on SAP transformation programmes on SAP's own invitation — with SAP Switzerland, SAP Germany and SAP Türkiye — either as their subcontractor or as the named delivery partner for testing. That is a different starting position from being selected as one more supplier late in the programme.
