Quality engineering for SAP transformations.

S/4HANA programmes do not fail on the migration. They fail when nobody can prove, with evidence, that the business still works the way it did before.

S/4HANA testing that holds up at cutover.

Your process teams know the business. Your integrator knows the migration. Neither owns the question of whether order-to-cash still runs end to end on the day after go-live — and by the time that question becomes urgent, the schedule has no room left for it.

SAP test automation, from Fiori to IDocs.

  • Test strategy and scope along your core business processes, not along system boundaries
  • Regression coverage for S/4HANA releases, SAP GUI, Fiori, interfaces and IDocs
  • Change impact analysis so that you test what actually changed
  • Test data concepts that survive a system refresh
  • Traceability from process to test result, ready for audit and for a go/no-go decision
  • Execution, reporting and release readiness statements
  • Regression and UAT support for S/4HANA migration testing, including cutover rehearsals

Deliverables.

  • Process-based test scope
  • Reusable Tosca module base
  • Automated regression suite
  • Test data concept
  • Traceability matrix
  • Release readiness report per cycle

What we work with.

  • Tricentis Tosca
  • SAP ECT by Tricentis
  • SAP Cloud ALM
  • SAP Signavio
  • LiveCompare
  • qTest
  • SAP GUI · Fiori · IDoc · RFC

Three steps.

  1. SAP Agent-led Quality Assessment — we look at process coverage, test data readiness and governance

  2. Target architecture — module base, test data, traceability, who owns what

  3. First automated cycle in production use, then scale

An example.

For a German defence and industrial group we are converting a large manual SAP test catalogue into automated Tosca tests — 600 cases by March 2026, around 30 % automation ratio — with performance testing built on the same processes.

Straight answers.

Do we need Tosca for this?

No. Tosca is what most SAP estates end up on, and it is where our depth is. But if your landscape is better served by something else, we will say so before you buy licences.

Can you work alongside our system integrator?

Yes, and usually we do. SAP and Tricentis bring us into programmes as the testing delivery partner while the integrator owns the build.

What happens after go-live?

Regression does not stop at go-live. We either hand the estate over to your team with the standards to run it, or we keep running it as a managed testing team.
