08 — Tricentis Platform Support
Run by people who used to run it at Tricentis.
Platform operation is where automation quietly dies: an upgrade that breaks execution, a licence server nobody owns, a DEX environment that has drifted.
The problem
Why customers call us.
Your automation team is measured on coverage, not on keeping Tosca Server upgraded. So the upgrade waits, the workspace grows, execution gets slower, and one day the estate stops being usable.
What we take responsibility for
Tosca Server, Tosca DEX, qTest and NeoLoad — operated.
- Setup, configuration and administration of Tosca, Tosca Server, Tricentis qTest and Tricentis NeoLoad
- Upgrades planned for minimal downtime
- Distributed execution environments and agent management
- Licence administration and entitlement management
- Incident handling with defined response scope
- Vendor escalation coordination — we know the path because we used to be on the other end of it

How we start
Three steps.
01
Platform review — version state, configuration, workspace health, licence position
02
Support scope and response commitments agreed in writing
03
Handover, then operation
From our work
An example.
Our platform lead spent eight and a half years at Tricentis, ending as Support Manager and subject-matter expert for Tosca operations. He ran an upgrade in a customer centre of excellence with minimal downtime.
Meet the teamQuestions we get asked
Straight answers.
Is this official Tricentis support?
No, and we are careful not to imply it. Tricentis provides product support under your licence agreement. We operate your platform and coordinate with them when a case needs to go to the vendor.
What response times?
Agreed per engagement and written into the contract. We do not publish tiers we cannot hold for every customer.
Can you take over an estate we did not build?
Yes. That is most of them.
