Information security
Our locations in Vienna, Hungary and Türkiye are each ISO 27001 certified by DICIS under the same scope. Certificate register no. 251031 09 ISMS, valid until 31 October 2027.
Delivery across borders
Our Istanbul operation is a branch of the Austrian company, not a separate vendor. Access rights, storage locations and processing arrangements are defined per engagement — including where delivery sits outside the EU.
Contracting
Framework agreements, project contracts and managed service agreements — with named responsibility for delivery and quality on our side.
