Enterprise Quality Engineering · SAP & Non-SAP
From S/4HANA transformation and tool migration to test strategy, architecture, automation, manual testing and managed operations — across SAP and non-SAP landscapes. Senior-led from Vienna. Delivered at scale through our ISO 27001-certified locations in Hungary and Türkiye.
One accountable quality model

Official SAP and Tricentis partner. Deep product expertise, connected to your delivery.
SAP and Tricentis bring us into customer programmes as their testing delivery partner — as subcontractor or named partner — across Switzerland, Germany and Türkiye.
01 — Where to start
Each is a defined first step with a defined result. None of them commits you to a programme.
Option A
Two to three weeks. We review your test strategy, automation estate, tooling and team setup — and give you a prioritised plan you can act on with or without us.
You receive
Assessment report, risk map, 90-day roadmap
Request thisOption B
For teams moving off UFT, OpenText ALM, Worksoft Certify or qMetry. We inventory what you have, decide what is worth carrying over and design the migration path that keeps your coverage intact.
You receive
Inventory, migration design, effort and risk estimate
Request thisOption C
For S/4HANA programmes evaluating SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing by Tricentis. We check process coverage, test data readiness, module base and governance — then tell you what agentic test creation will and will not do in your landscape.
You receive
Readiness report, target architecture, enablement plan
Request this02 — Services
Enterprise landscapes rarely need one of these. They need most of them, working together under one accountable team.
01
We test S/4HANA transformations, releases and interfaces along your core business processes — understood functionally, not just clicked through.
02
Automated regression suites in Tosca, SAP ECT and open-source frameworks, wired into your CI/CD pipeline.
03
Test strategy, governance and day-to-day test management for large programmes — with reporting your steering committee actually reads.
04
Framework design, module structure, test data concepts and maintainability standards — so your suite still works two years and three release trains later.
05
Manual, exploratory, UAT and accessibility testing where human judgement is the point — with the repeatable parts handed to automation.
06
Moving off UFT, ALM, Worksoft Certify or qMetry — with a full inventory and a migration path that keeps your coverage intact.
07
We help teams adopt AI-assisted and agentic test creation responsibly: SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing by Tricentis, AI-generated test cases, self-healing automation — with the governance, review gates and module hygiene that keep it maintainable.
08
Operation, administration and support for Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad and Tosca Server: upgrades with minimal downtime, DEX and licensing, incident handling, user support — run by people who did this inside Tricentis.
09
An integrated testing team with clear ownership: planning, execution, defect management and continuous improvement. Senior direction from Vienna, delivery capacity in Hungary and Türkiye.
Strategy, architecture, automation, execution and operation — one accountable team.
All services and coverage →03 — SAP Agent-led Quality
SAP's agent-led toolchain connects process design, transformation governance, data, adoption and quality. Dolpheen designs and operationalises its quality layer — connecting SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing by Tricentis with your business processes.
We work on SAP transformation programmes on SAP's own invitation — with SAP Switzerland, SAP Germany and SAP Türkiye — either as their subcontractor or as the named delivery partner for testing. That is a different starting position from being selected as one more supplier late in the programme.

Curated module base
Agentic generation produces test cases. Reusable, maintainable modules are a design decision.
Test data and expected results
Most agentic pilots stall here, not on the tooling.
Human-in-the-loop governance
Review, approval and audit trail defined before the first generated test goes into a release.

A Swiss hospital group moved its complete test management landscape from QMetry to Tricentis qTest in a single night: 5,047 test cases and 11,508 test executions across 33 projects, with every source object reconciled against the live system.
Every object either a qTest id or a documented reason — all 33 projects reconciled clean.

A Swiss insurer preparing for S/4HANA had a UFT regression base that had reached its limits. We migrated roughly 110 regression test cases to Tosca Cloud — not converted script by script, but rebuilt as reusable, model-based modules.

A German defence and industrial group carried a large backlog of manual SAP test cases. We started in September 2025 with the ALM principles, the Tosca implementation and the enablement of the S/4 process teams. By March 2026 there were 600 automated cases at an automation ratio of around 30 per cent, each step carrying screenshot evidence.
600 automated SAP test cases and counting — one process model across functional, performance and evidence.

A logistics group in Austria wanted automation its own engineers could own. We designed the Playwright framework, set the module standards and handed both over with the reasoning behind them. Success was measured by what the internal team could extend without us.

For a public-sector IT provider we own quality engineering for a core database and its interfaces. The unglamorous half is test data management, so that a failing test means broken code and not a broken fixture. The visible half is API tests with RestAssured and UI tests with Selenium, extended into the framework the client already had.
Automated coverage on an existing framework — and test data that is ready when the pipeline runs.

Seven members of our senior team spent a combined 40+ years at Tricentis before joining Dolpheen. Our non-SAP and performance practice comes from engineers who built open-source frameworks and load tests in insurance, logistics and public sector.

Founder & CEO
Founded Dolpheen in Vienna in 2020 after roles at Tricentis and in test automation consulting. Still hands-on as a QA architect on qTest rollouts and S/4HANA migrations. Seven Tosca certifications; first point of contact for every new engagement.

06 — Why Dolpheen
Most testing partners are strong in one of the two. Enterprise landscapes need both, under one accountable team.
Where we are not the right fit: pure capacity by the hour, testing without access to the business, and programmes where quality becomes a topic after go-live.
S/4HANA regression and Playwright frameworks from the same senior team — no second supplier to coordinate.
The same process model carries functional coverage and load testing, so results stay comparable.
Vienna, Hungary and Türkiye under one certified scope — the security standard does not change when work moves nearshore.
Seven senior colleagues spent a combined 40+ years inside Tricentis before joining us.
We enter programmes on the vendors’ invitation, not through a late supplier selection.

How engagements begin
No prices here — but the size and shape of what you would be signing.
Two to three weeks, fixed scope, fixed result. Health Check, Tool Migration Assessment or SAP Agent-led Quality Assessment.
A defined piece of work with a defined result: a migration, a framework, a regression base. Team and duration follow the scope.
A standing team with delivery and quality responsibility, at an agreed cadence and with a named lead.
Most engagements start with an assessment. What follows is your decision.
Test automation, SAP quality engineering and test management — in Vienna, Hungary and Türkiye.
